This study aimed to describe ADHD medication use patterns from 1 year before pregnancy to 1 year after delivery, and to describe sociodemographic characteristics and clinical features by medication trajectories.

💊 In this population-based cohort study we show that more than half of all women with ADHD discontinued their medication during pregnancy.

🏘️ We also found that sociodemographic and clinical characteristics of those who chose to continue, reflected a more severe ADHD.
